How did you start out?:I've done gymnastics since I was little. The exhibition gymnastics team I performed for in college came to do a halftime show for the Wizards and I saw acrobatic dunking for the first time, I was very impressed. A few years later I had the opportunity to join the Secret Service Dunk Team and of course I jumped at it...no pun intended.
Pre-show superstition:No superstition really, I just get super nervous but once I step onto the court and hear the music playing, it all goes away.
Favorite show:That's a tough one. My favorite shows are always the ones where there's good energy from the crowd, good music and we make all of our dunks. It's all about having a good time doing what we love to do!
Best thing about dunking for Wizards fans:Being able to perform for my family, friends and the people of the nation's capital. We have the best fans and they're always so supportive and get us hype during shows!

How did you start out: I have an extensive background in gymnastics, and when the opportunity was provided to me, I jumped at the first chance I got.
Pre-show superstition:Shoulder bumps with the team
Favorite show: A show where we are just coming off of a lackluster performance and put pressure on ourselves to come back stronger than ever for our fan! We gotta get ourselves a HUNDO! That’s what we call a 100% perfect show!
Favorite thing about dunking for fans: Every time we step out on to the court, the fans give us all of their energy and support. And our success is directly linked to their energy -- the more energy they give, the higher we fly! So we love it when they GET LOUD!

Pre-show Superstition: I don’t look at the fans until I step onto the court.
Best Thing about Performing for Wizards Fans: I love it when fans recognize us after the games. We get to hear their feedback and they make us that much better for our next show!

Favorite Dunk: Pass off of the glass to self, underneath the leg dunk...called the Toilet Tissue
How did I get started?: I got started by being asked by a good friend of mine to tryout out for the Washington Wizards' Secret Service Dunkers dunk team after he saw how amazing my gymnastics skills were!
Pre-Show Superstition: Never clipping my tie to my shirt to keep it out of my face. Plus it looks better in still shot pictures!
Favorite Dunk Show: A show we did last season when we were doing our last tandem dunk and I bailed out and did a forward roll after catching the ball in my hand! I recovered and passed the ball to Brittany for her to finish the flip and pass it to the next person and so forth. The tandem was still finished almost flawlessly to G-MAN with the smooth between the legs dunk! It was amazing!
Best Thing About Dunking For Wizards Fans: The best thing about dunking for Wizards fans is the atmosphere, energy, love and cheers we receive from them! It pumps us up more and really gets the adrenaline going! All we want to do is have fun and deliver a great performance for the Wizards fans...
